Shipping Policy

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Dakahlia, Sharqia, Gharbia, Qalyubia, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, Matrouh, and all other regions. Remote areas may have extended delivery times.

Greater Cairo & Giza: 2-4 business days. Alexandria & Delta: 3-5 business days. Upper Egypt & remote areas: 5-7 business days. Express delivery (where available): 1-2 business days with an additional fee. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day.

Orders over EGP 5,000: Free standard shipping. Orders under EGP 5,000: Flat rate of EGP 100 for standard delivery. Express delivery: EGP 150-200 depending on location. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Track your order anytime through your account dashboard at almasrya.net/account/orders or by contacting our support team at +20 1125025333.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery or pickup from our store at Glory Mall, Central Axis, 6th of October City, Giza.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, contact our support team within 24 hours with photos of the package condition. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
